This is not your traditional Trainer based indoor cycling group. The KFCA is our 12 week cycling conditioning program, taking its structure from the most current application of Exercise Science. Our belief is that a cycling athlete needs to be an athlete first. The Athlete needs to have a high level of functional movement quality. When quality of movement is demonstrated by the athlete, strength built on that quality then prevents future injury. Finally, metabolic conditioning is built along side sport specific movement skill and this completes the general training needed to succeed in the training camps that highlight the competitive pre-season.
The program starts the 2nd week of December and runs evenings on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday afternoons.
